Obsessed With Cellulite? Don't Bother!
Almost everybody, women especially, it's easy to suggest, are stressed by that almost sinful to the ears word: cellulite. Living obsessed with cellulite could be called the latest woman-specific pastime. Hold on just a second! Wouldn't it be more wise to get the facts, first?
Unless you are fresh out of the womb, or and have already experienced the "joys and pleasures" of puberty thus, you may be in that "luckiest" part of the population that indeed, knows that word, but are yet to show any interest in how to shed it from your body. And then there are those of us, who live in the real world. Most women who have that self defeating, spirit numbing certainly not smooth, dimpled, don't shoot me for using the term: 'cottage cheese' like skin who are seeking a solution to the cellulite we want to either improve or make less visible.
What I'm saying is, it's not fair. Of course, you have not ever just decided to yourself that you wanted three wishes: cellulite, cellulite, and if not too much trouble, more cellulite, right? But reality is very real, indeed. You have woken up and your rear, 'love handles', the nave of your back, ankles, plus the epidermis that surrounds each, that not regularly susceptible to cellulite, but unfortunately, have indeed caused you to be more self conscience and enough is enough, you want to take the necessary actions to get back in control.
Even if you are as as skinny as a rail, boast to your best friends about the enormous quantity of food you normally eat with not a single reason to count calories, without adding a single, blessed pound to be gained as a result. Despite such advantages you are not out of the reach of cellulite. A lot of people just like you think they have no reason to worry, because they exercise, watch your health, and eat a healthy diet, but cellulite could care less, and it is almost inevitable it will be showing its ugly head like the need to pay taxes every year. Not welcome, of course. How to get rid of cellulite is a decades old puzzle that thousands of people will manipulate their words, fight tooth and nail just to tempt you of the miracle cure in a box, bottle or toothpaste like tube that makes every promise under the sun to get rid of cellulite blemishes at the snap of your fingers.
Such things upset me.
Truth be told, cellulite, at least the way you and I think of it, those fatty deposits found on your body that wouldn't be missed if they vanished, hardly any of the 'big promises' in stores and online are worth anything.
There are hundreds of cellulite preventing products being promoted today. And those who tell you to avoid one, only to try another, often have a direct affiliation with your potential sale. Not exactly the insight that's looking out for your best interests.
It's just the tip of the iceberg: anti-cellulite cream, cellulite exercises, a cellulite treatment with better results than Botox, infrared cellulite therapy, wear anti cellulite swimsuits, cellulite removal via lasers that go deep within, alternative cellulite treatments certain to have you pulling oils, extracts and stuff you eat out and then rubbing it all over your body, has just 1 objective in mind: to make you purchase their latest whiz-bang of an idea.
Or it might be that you've fallen hook, line and sinker for an oh so compelling testimonial, printed blurb from a health and diet magazine, look at me then and look at me now photo as all the proof you need that what they not so surprisingly are pushing works - And good news! - it sheds: fatty deposits, cellulite, cottage cheese, or whatever you want to call it, or so they keep telling us.
Don't despair. Perhaps I can shed the light on what you are reading in the mainstream media, and elighten you to the cellulite story telling and the complete nonsense, before this cellulite conundrum gets too big for it's own britches - oh, the irony. Quit being obsessed with cellulite.
Being a woman who once didn't have a care in the world about cellulite, she what she want, while staying healthy routine, diet and regular exercise. Those times are long gone, this is now. Paula found some cellulite, and began to explore the facts and lies about fat, cellulite and dieting with concentrated focus, obsessed with cellulite, some have said. The information exposed was not just disappointing, but unethical in their science. She's on a mission sick and tired of these cellulite reducing scams, ludicrous claims and slickly marketed products online and off on television, radio and print.
